You're able to contact Blackcart Support directly using the widget provided in the Blackcart Merchant Portal or in the widget provided on this page which will help answer any questions that you may have.
Additionally, you're able to contact us by submitting a ticket with any relevant details using the 'Submit a Request' button in the top right corner of this page. For order related issues, you're able to leave a note within the Merchant Portal (at the bottom of the order page) with any relevant details which will create a ticket and send it to our Support Team.
