The Blackcart Merchant portal is our one-stop shop designed specifically for your business' needs. You can manage all of your Try Before You Buy orders and daily operations and more specifically:
- Adjust your store settings via My Store
- Manage users and control their access levels via Manage Users
- View order details & log via Order
- Perform order action via Orders Actions
- Create reports which can be used for bookkeeping via Financial Activity Report
- Preview your storefront and place test orders via Preview
To log into the Merchant portal, go to our login site and provide your verified email address and password. If you’ve forgotten the password, our password reset option, will send you an email with a link to reset your password. The email will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered with us.
