Note that some of these emails are conditional depending on the decisions your customer makes during their try period.

Order Confirmation Email
When this email is sent: As soon as the customer has successfully completed checkout and the order has been received in your Shopify store.

Shipped Notification Email
When this is email is sent: When all items in the order have been shipped. If order is sent in multiple shipments, customer will receive a partial order shipped notification for each shipment.

Try Period Start Notification Email
When this is email is sent: As soon as all items in the customer's order have been delivered

When this email is sent: If the customer has not yet made a decision to "keep" or "send back" any items in their order within 24 hours of their try period expiring.

Return Label Email (conditional)
When this email is sent: After the customer has completed their request to return an item in their TBYB order.

When this email is sent: If the customer has not yet dropped off their returns package at the post office within 24 hours of the drop-off period expiring.

Order Receipt Email (conditional)
When this email is sent: There are several scenarios where this email will be triggered. As a rule of thumb, this email will be sent any time the customer is charged for kept TBYB items in their order. Learn more about when customers are changed for their orders here.

Refund Processed Email (conditional)
When this email is sent: If the customer decides to send back any items during the try period and is owed a refund for either a deposit or return for paid up front items. This email will only be sent once the returned items are received and processed by the merchant.
