How to update customer address or ban customers from using Blackcart
If you should need to edit a customer's details on Blackcart, you're able to do so using the instructions below. Most of the time, customer details need to be adjusted because of an address issue (especially in Australia) if there is an incorrect address associated with the customer's Blackcart account.
Additionally, if you are suspicious of a customer or a customer is exhibiting suspicious behavior, you're able to ban the customer from using Blackcart.
Updating Customer Address
- Navigate to order page.
- Click on customer details, this will open up a new tab.
- The new tab will show the customer page, which includes the ability to edit addresses as well as ban users from Blackcart.
- To edit the customer address, you can do so using the edit icon in the address section of the customer details.
- The address details will look like this. To save the changes, click 'Save' or 'Save & Go Back'.
Banning Customers
- Navigate to customer details.
- You can use the action tool in the top right corner, select 'Ban Customer' and click the arrow button to the right of the tool bar to complete the action.
